SHEQ Advisor Bournemouth/Bristol | £52,500 + Car/Car Allowance We are seeking a proactive SHEQ Advisor to join a leading water infrastructure delivery team, providing expert guidance across multiple sites within the South West Water regions. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to influence safety culture and operational standards on prominent projects. Your key responsibilities will include: Supporting the management of SHEQ risks and overseeing incident investigations and corrective actions Conducting audits and assurance visits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Assisting in delivery of SHEQ improvement plans and monitoring their effectiveness Engaging with project teams to embed safe working practices and behaviours Analysing safety data and reporting on trends to identify areas for enhancementThe ideal candidate will have: Comprehensive knowledge of UK health, safety, environmental legislation, and construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM) Experience implementing or auditing SHEQ management systems such as ISO 45001 or OHSAS 18001 Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels Relevant professional qualification (e.g., NEBOSH diploma or equivalent) and a full UK driving licenseFor more information or to apply, please contact James Howard at or call (phone number removed).
