Automotive Sales Consultant Cirencester 5 and a half day week (Sunday on bi-weekly rotation, every Saturday in, day off in the week) Permanent Salary is dependent on experience Manual Driving Licence required – less than 6 points We are currently recruiting for an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our client based in Cirencester. * You must have excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and deliver outstanding customer experiences * You must be self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment * You will need to have the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively Main Duties * Greet customers and guide them through the car buying process. * Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles. * Provide detailed information about features, specifications, pricing, and financing options. * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new and used vehicles. * Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through proactive follow-ups and networking. * Stay updated on the latest car models, features, and industry trends * Demonstrate vehicles during test drives and provide comprehensive product demonstrations. * Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals. * Work closely with colleagues in the dealership, including finance, service, and management teams, to ensure smooth operations * Assist with paperwork, including sales agreements, financing applications, and registration. * Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
