The Opportunity:

A prestigious, high-quality legal practice is seeking a Senior New Build Conveyancer to manage a specialist caseload and lead a dedicated team. 

The Role:

The practice covers a range of new builds including residential developments, retirement properties and social housing, and work will also include shared ownership matters. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing a portfolio of new home transactions, ensuring technical accuracy from instruction to completion.

Supervise, mentor, and develop a team.

\t

Navigating complex matters including Shared Ownership, Retirement Living, and Social Housing developments.

\t

Build and maintain strong working relationships with developers and housing associations.

\t

Work effectively under pressure to meet developer exchange deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

About You:

• 
  \t
• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or an experienced Licensed Conveyancer.

\t

Proven experience in new build transactions is essential.

\t

Prior experience managing a team (or a strong desire to step into a supervisory role) is highly desirable.

\t

Resilient and technically gifted legal professional
