About the role
Ann's Home Care is seeking a qualified professional to work directly with looked-after children in a home-like setting. You will build therapeutic, professional relationships to meet the children's needs and support management in creating a safe, stable environment for both young people and staff.
The role includes developing educational plans, maintaining accurate records, budgeting for various needs, and participating in multi-disciplinary meetings.
