CJ74142 – Care Assistant – Southbourne. West Sussex We are currently looking for full time permanent Care Assistants to join one of my clients well established care homes in Southbourne. This Care Home in Newport is a 30-bed luxury Elderly and Dementia residential home that has a ‘Good’ rated CQC in all areas. We are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic, and compassionate Care Assistants, who would be open to progression and joining are family within the Care Home. **NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE** Details/Requirements for Care Assistant Role * Full Time – 24/36/42/48 hours contacted per week * Pay rate for Care Assistant role : £12.85ph - £13.85ph * NVQ 2 or above in Health and Social Care (Not essential for Care Assistant role) * 12-hour shifts (7am – 7pm) * Alternate weekends * 30 bedded Care Home * Previous experience working as a Care Assistant in a Care Home Duties for Care Assistant Role: * Motivating residents to get the most out of their day * Personal care * Administering medication * Assisting Clients with washing and dressing * Taking part in daytime activities with the residents If you are local to Newport and feel that you are suitable for the Care Assistant role, please feel free to apply above or give me a call on my number also above
