Site Manager - New Build Residential

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading residential developer on a temp-to-perm basis. This role offers the chance to manage a traditional build housing development, overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality residential homes. Key Responsibilities * Manage and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. * Oversee a busy site environment with multiple trades and subcontractors working across various stages of the build programme. * Monitor progress against project schedules and take proactive measures to maintain programme targets. * Ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are adhered to at all times. * Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets company and industry standards. * Liaise effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and senior management. * Manage site logistics, labour resources, and materials to maintain efficient site operations. * Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation. Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Manager within the residential construction sector. * Extensive experience delivering traditional build housing developments. * Previous employment with a well-established and recognised residential developer is highly desirable. * Demonstrable track record of managing busy residential sites with multiple trades. * Strong understanding of construction processes, health and safety legislation, and quality standards. * Evidence of career stability and longevity, with sustained periods of employment with previous employers. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
