Planning Lawyer (Remote) West Midlands Local Authority | Initial 3-6 Month Contract £55-60ph umbrella DOESellick Partnership is delighted to be recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced Planning Lawyer to join a progressive and highly regarded local authority in the West Midlands.

This role is offered on a fully remote basis and is available for an initial 3-6 month contract, with the potential for extension.Joining a collaborative and supportive legal team, you will play a key role in providing expert legal advice across a varied and interesting planning caseload.

Responsibilities will include:Providing general planning law advice to officers and stakeholdersDrafting and negotiating Section 106 agreementsAdvising on highway agreements and related mattersSupporting the council on a broad range of planning and development projectsThe successful candidate will have proven experience handling planning law matters and be confident managing their own caseload.
