The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, responsibilities will include:

Sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates
Building relationships with clients and candidates
Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
Conducting candidate interviews and qualification calls
Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process
Working towards individual and team performance targets

Candidate Requirements
