Manufacturing/Production Supervisor – Add Resource and Labour – Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales

£40,000 - £45,000 Base (depending on experience)

Monday to Friday, 25 days holiday + Bank holidays + Pension + Life Assurance

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of Production Engineers and Operators
• Ensure the production of quality products efficiently and safely on site
• Maintain compliance with ISO requirements
• Provide HSE responsibility for the Production department and factory areas
• Manage the site in accordance with ISO KPI targets and personal development planning

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor or Production Supervisor (essential)
