Company Accountant

RECfinancial is exclusively partnering with a well established and growing privately owned business in Leicestershire to appoint a Company Accountant. Access from all areas in Leicester & Leicestershire / South Nottingham / Coventry / Warwickshire. The Successful candidate will manage daily finance operations alongside key payroll functions. Financial responsibilities include the production of monthly management accounts, processing payroll accurately, handling VAT returns, and performing bank and supplier statement reconciliations. The role is everything you would experience in end-end accounting in a busy SME accounting environment.  The client is looking for a proactive and highly organised professional who can handle Finance responsibilities with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Successful applicants will be tech-savvy (experience with Sage is highly desirable) and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail alongside the interpersonal confidence necessary to advise senior leadership. The role offers potential to move into a much senior role within the next 12-18 months.  Culturally the business has an incredibly friendly and positive working environment.
