Chef de Partie - The Greyhound Country Inn, Devon

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our friendly kitchen team at The Greyhound Country Inn, a busy, well-loved country pub known for great food, quality ingredients and a relaxed, professional working environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a CDP who wants stability, good work-life balance and the chance to be part of a supportive, close-knit team.

The Role:

Running your own section with confidence
Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily service
Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene and presentation
Contributing ideas to menus and specials
Working as part of a positive, hardworking team

What we offer:

£30,000 - £33,000 per year (depending on experience)
45 hours per week over 4.5 days
No Christmas & Boxing Day or New Year's Eve working
Excellent tronc/tips via tronc system (no NI to pay on tips)
Staff meals on shift
Supportive owners and a well-organised kitchen

About you:

Previous experience as a CDP (or strong Commis ready to step up)
Calm under pressure with good organisation skills
Passion for fresh food and consistency
A team player with a good personality and positive attitude
Reliable and professional
