About the role

GXO is recruiting for a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead a night-shift team in Greenford, supporting Waitrose. You will manage a team of warehouse colleagues during night operations, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant execution.

This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary up to £39,941.82 plus £3,500 per annum premium, 33 days' leave, pension, life assurance and access to retail discounts. Induction includes an initial six to eight weeks on a 06:00–14:00 pattern.
