Account Manager – Client Services (Packaging/Print/Manufacturing)

Are you a confident, organised Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-led environment?
Due to continued growth and increased demand from long-standing clients, we’re expanding our Client Services team and now seeking an Account Manager to join our high-performing, supportive group.
This is a client-facing role where you’ll take ownership of number of accounts, ensuring projects are scoped and scheduled accurately. Keeping delivery on track through close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Client Services and work alongside a team of established Senior Account Managers plus a wider team of Account/Project Managers and operational support staff.
The Role:
* Inspiring clients and communicating our workflow for our product portfolio
* Acting as the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts
* Ensuring briefs are clearly understood, accurately scoped and agreed
* Scheduling work, managing timelines and keeping delivery on track
* Collaborating seamlessly with internal and external teams to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality output
* Guiding clients toward strategic, well-considered solutions as well as reacting to reorder requests
* Building excellent relationships through regular communication and in-person meetings
* Helping balance team workloads and contributing to more efficient ways of working
The Ideal Candidate:
* Confident, warm and engaging communicator
* A fast, curious learner
* You have a track record of organisation, proactivity and are comfortable delegating
* Experience in an agency environment (preferred)
* Able to manage multiple projects, timelines and priorities simultaneously
* Practical, calm under pressure and solutions-focused
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Word essential)
* Understanding of quoting, purchase orders and invoicing
* Experience with Monday CRM or Basecamp is a bonus
* Background in packaging, print, manufacturing or logistics (preferred)
* Willingness to travel for client visits and supplier meetings
