Architect

An opportunity has arisen for experienced Architects and Senior Architects to join a leading international design team delivering a portfolio of large-scale mixed-use developments across the Middle East. This Architect / Senior Architect role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on high-profile international projects, contributing across multiple RIBA stages and collaborating with multidisciplinary design teams to deliver innovative architectural solutions. The successful Architect or Senior Architect will support the delivery of major mixed-use, residential, commercial, retail and leisure developments, working across projects from concept design through to detailed design and coordination stages. The Role As an Architect / Senior Architect, you'll be involved in: Supporting the design and delivery of major international mixed-use developments Working across RIBA Stages 1-5 Producing high-quality architectural designs and technical documentation Developing and coordinating Revit and Rhino models Collaborating with multidisciplinary design teams and project stakeholders Contributing to design reviews, presentations and project workshops Supporting project coordination and technical delivery activities Assisting with design development across residential, commercial, retail and leisure schemes Ensuring projects are delivered in line with programme and design objectivesThis Architect / Senior Architect position offers exposure to complex, large-scale international developments within a highly collaborative design environment. What They're Looking For Experience working as an Architect or Senior Architect within a design consultancy or architectural practice Strong Revit capability Experience using Rhino Experience delivering projects across multiple design stages Strong design, technical and coordination skills Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience on mixed-use, residential, commercial, retail or leisure projectsExperience delivering international projects or large-scale urban developments would be highly advantageous.
