Teaching Assistant – Peterborough Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Supply / Long-term opportunities Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience We are currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work in schools across Peterborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in either primary, secondary, or SEN settings. About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons and providing targeted support to pupils. You may work 1:1 with individual students, in small groups, or support whole-class learning depending on school needs. This role offers flexibility, with opportunities for daily supply work, short-term placements, and longer-term roles.
