About the role

Aviva plc seeks a Roadside Patrol Team Leader for Green Flag Patrol in the UK. You will balance roadside duties with Team Leader responsibilities, leading a remote team across multiple towns, with a four-day week and hybrid working. 40 hours per week, 7am–8pm shifts, across Mon-Sun. Overtime is optional.

Starting salary £42,840 with potential OTE up to £48,960 plus generous benefits including pension, private medical, staff discounts and shares.
