Site Manager – Bury St Edmunds We're working with a well-established residential developer based in Suffolk, delivering high-quality new build housing across the region. They're looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a residential development in Bury St Edmunds, running the day-to-day site operations from groundworks through to handover. What you'll be doing: * Managing subcontractors and direct labour on site * Ensuring programme, quality and health & safety standards are maintained * Liaising with the commercial and technical teams * Reporting to the Contracts/Project Manager * Overseeing snagging and plot handovers to a high standard What you'll need: * Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential new build schemes * SMSTS and First Aid certificates * CSCS card (Black or Gold) * Strong communication and organisational skills * A hands-on, quality-focused approach This is an opportunity to join a developer with a strong local reputation, working on well-planned schemes in a great location.
