Role Overview
Manage a portfolio of audit clients across a variety of sectors and business sizes
Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion
Supervise fieldwork and coordinate audit teams to meet deadlines and budgets
Build strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout engagements
Deliver high-quality audit files and accounts in a review-ready format
Monitor job profitability and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
Maintain accurate workflow management records and job progress updates
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working within an audit role in practice
Comfortable managing audit assignments with increasing levels of responsibility
Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
Able to review work completed by junior team members and provide guidance
Organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
Commercially aware with an understanding of budgets and profitability
Motivated to continue developing technically and professionally
