We’re now looking for a Property Manager to join our team and build a long-term career with us. This includes: Managing tenancies and tenant/landlord relationships Handling maintenance issues from start to resolution Coordinating contractors Carrying out property inspections Managing check-outs and deposit negotiations Ensuring compliance (Gas Safety, EPC, EICR etc.) What we’re looking for Around 12 months’ experience in lettings or property management Organised, proactive, and confident dealing with clients A strong sense of customer service Someone who takes pride in doing things properly Full UK driving licence (ARLA/NAEA qualifications are a bonus, not essential.)
