Fire Damper Engineer £35,000 - £40000 Basic + Overtime + Bonus + Company Van Realistic Earnings £55,000+ Essex / London / South East Are you currently carrying out Fire Damper Testing, Ventilation Hygiene, Ductwork Cleaning or Kitchen Extract Cleaning and looking for a role where you can earn more, develop your skills and be treated like an adult? This isn't a heavily micromanaged environment where you're being constantly chased for updates or loaded with unrealistic workloads. The Role Working as part of a two-person team, you will be responsible for: * Fire Damper Testing & Inspection * Fire Damper Remedial Works * Ventilation Hygiene * Ductwork Cleaning * AHU Cleaning * Kitchen Extract Cleaning (TR19) * Compliance Reporting * Client Liaison on Commercial Sites Projects are typically located across London, Essex and the South East, covering a wide range of commercial buildings, corporate offices, healthcare facilities, educational sites and hospitality environments.
