In-House Recruiter — Full-Cycle Hiring (3-Month Contract)

TRC Yorkshire in Glasgow is seeking a Temporary Internal Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for a national client. The role involves stakeholder collaboration, candidate sourcing, interviewing, onboarding coordination, and maintaining candidate databases.

You will proactively outreach to potential candidates, host recruitment open days, and track KPIs to continually improve hiring strategies. A driving licence is required as visits to multiple sites are expected, with expenses paid.
