Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor Location: Doncaster Area Job Type: Permanent Salary: Competitive (£16.00 - £20.00 per hour DOE) Shift Pattern: 12-hour day shifts on a rotating shift pattern About the Role A well-established industrial processing business is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations within a busy production environment. The successful candidate will lead operational activities, supervise production personnel, ensure safety and quality standards are maintained, and support the efficient running of site operations. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and support production personnel during shift operations * Ensure production activities are completed safely, efficiently and to required quality standards * Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement * Complete production records and operational reports * Coordinate activities with operational, maintenance and management teams * Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental procedures * Promote safe systems of work and appropriate use of PPE * Support staff development, training and performance management * Assist with workforce planning and shift coordination * Report operational issues, incidents and improvement opportunities * Maintain high standards of housekeeping and site security * Support business objectives through effective leadership and communication About You You will have: * Previous supervisory experience within a manufacturing, production, recycling, processing or industrial environment * Strong leadership and organisational skills * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities * A proactive and hands-on approach to managing operations * Experience working with mobile plant equipment is advantageous * Good administrative and computer skills What’s on Offer * Permanent employment * Competitive pay based on experience * Company benefits package * Training and development opportunities * Long-term career prospects within a growing business If you are an experienced production or operations supervisor looking for your next opportunity, we would welcome your application
