Cladding Site Manager – Swansea Centre – Immediate Start We are currently recruiting for an experienced Cladding Site Manager to join a busy and growing contractor on a project based in Swansea. This is an immediate start role with a minimum 12 weeks’ work available, with further opportunities to move onto additional projects thereafter due to a strong pipeline of ongoing work. The Role * Managing day-to-day site operations on cladding and façade works * Overseeing subcontractors, labour and deliveries * Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard * Managing health & safety, RAMS and site paperwork * Coordinating with project and contracts management teams * Carrying out toolbox talks and site inductions Requirements * Previous experience managing cladding / façade projects * Strong knowledge of external envelope systems and site coordination * SMSTS and CSCS essential * Good communication and organisational skills * Ability to drive programme and maintain quality standards What’s On Offer * Immediate start * Minimum 12 weeks’ work * Opportunity to continue onto future projects * Busy contractor with strong pipeline of work To apply, please send your CV for immediate consideration
