And go when you join us as a Warehouse Freezer Operative, where you’ll be at the heart of everything we do.   As a Freezer Warehouse Operative, you will work in a large freezer in temperatures of up to -25℃. You are at the beating heart of our delivery team ensuring every one of our 26,000 orders per week are correct and received undamaged and on time, every time.    Shift Options: ~ 13.89 per hour (including a freezer premium) Overtime paid at 1.25x basic rate.   You could earn up to £100 extra per month and be eligible for priority overtime.   Core Roster - Plan your work-life balance with our core roster.
