Date posted: 14 July 2026 Pay: £17.00-£34.00 per hour Job Description: Fabricator / Welders x 2 Location: Bathgate The Role We are looking to recruit experienced Fabricator / Welders to join our client's main metal fabrication facility in Bathgate. You will be involved in the fabrication and welding of anti-vandal cabins, internal and external staircases, ramps, and associated steel structures used within our modular buildings. Key Responsibilities * Fabrication and MIG welding of steel components in various positions * Manufacture of staircases, ramps, and structural steelwork * Working from engineering drawings and specifications * Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and safety * Supporting production targets in a fast-paced environment About You * Time-served Fabricator/Welder with extensive experience in steel fabrication * Fully competent in MIG welding * Experience working with structural steelwork (e.g. stairs, ramps) * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Flexible approach to overtime when required Basic rate of pay £17.00 per hour O/T 1 £25.50 O/T2 £34.00 Start date – Monday 16th July 2026 These opportunities are initially on an ongoing temporary basis but could lead to full-time permanent for the right candidates Interested?
