Piper Maddox are currently working on a really exciting opportunity with a growing renewable energy developer based in Cambridge. They’re looking for someone to take a lead role in the delivery of a strong pipeline of Solar + BESS projects, offering a huge amount of autonomy and ownership within a genuinely entrepreneurial environment. A bit about the business: - Founded nearly a decade ago as a Solar & BESS developer - Historically focused on developing and selling projects RTB - Now transitioning into an IPP model and moving into asset construction/ownership - Strong Gate 2 results with multiple Phase 1 connections secured pre-2030 - Small, high-performing team where you’ll have real influence on portfolio delivery This would suit someone who enjoys working with freedom, wants visibility across the full project lifecycle, and is excited by the opportunity to help shape a growing business as it scales
