Facilities Manager | Poole | £40,000 - £42,000 + Monthly Bonus Location: Poole, Dorset Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 per annum + Monthly Profit Share Bonus Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for a varied role where no two days are the same? Our client is seeking a proactive and hands-on Facilities Manager to take responsibility for the smooth running of three sites across Dorset. Working closely with senior management, you'll ensure buildings, equipment and facilities are safe, compliant and operating efficiently, while driving improvements and supporting sustainability initiatives. What You'll Be Doing Managing facilities across three sites. Coordinating planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules. Organising repairs, maintenance and contractor management. Overseeing building projects, refurbishments and improvements. Managing facilities budgets, purchase orders and supplier invoices. Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and environmental regulations. Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Supporting sustainability and environmental initiatives. Maintaining safe, well-presented and fully operational working environments. What We're Looking For Previous Facilities Management experience. Practical maintenance or trade skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry or general maintenance). Experience managing contractors and planned maintenance schedules. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Commercial awareness with budget management experience. Knowledge of Health & Safety and facilities compliance. A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Full UK Driving Licence. What's in It for You? £40,000 - £42,000 salary. Monthly profit share bonus scheme.
