Your responsibilities may include: Delivering engaging and effective lessons. Following lesson plans and adapting learning where needed. Managing classroom behaviour positively. Supporting pupils' learning, progress and development. Creating a safe, inclusive and engaging classroom environment. Working collaboratively with school staff.
