We are now hiring for an incredible opportunity based in the Cotswolds ! A fantastic leisure and events venue are now looking for a Sous Chef to join their well established kitchen team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef, or for a well established and driven Senior Chef De Partie looking for the next step in their career
The successful Chef will be calm under pressure, self-motivated, and committed to maintaining the highest kitchen standards while working alongside a professional and supportive team.
Essential requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
Experience in fresh food catering
Strong background in quality food-led establishments
Strong kitchen management and communication skills
Own transport essential due to location
Benefits

Key responsibilities
Maintaining consistently high standards of food preparation and service
Following xwzovoh allergen procedures and kitchen management systems (training provided)
Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations and team management
Ordering and stock management
Reporting to the Head Chef and General Manager
Managing kitchen systems and responding to operational emails
