Candidate requirements

• Minimum 3 years PQE with solid expertise in privately funded family law matters - including divorce, financial settlements, cohabitation disputes, child arrangements, nuptial agreements, and protective orders
• Proven ability to manage cases independently, including conducting your own advocacy
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills - you\'ll be comfortable networking and building relationships to grow your profile
• Flexibility: part-time hours are on the table, as long as you\'re confident managing your own caseload
