1st Line Technical Support Agent (Temporary)

IT Support Analyst Belfast - hybrid (2 days WFH pw) M-F / 9-5 Summary of the Role We are currently recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join a leading organisation's applications team on a temporary 11 month contract (with strong potential for a permanent role). This IT Support Analyst role is ideally suited to someone with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability, a self starter with a proactive approach to learning. This role would be ideal for someone with a solid foundation of IT Support experience and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities Resolve applications support tickets to the business, including investigation and resolution of system issues Manage system administration tasks including user access, security, and ongoing maintenance Analyse data to ensure accuracy, identify trends, and highlight risks or opportunities Oversee data management processes, ensuring data integrity and governance of key master data Maintain and update helpdesk records and process documentation knowledge bases Assist in the development of training materials and deliver end-user training where required Criteria 1+ years IT Service Desk / IT Support experience Strong communication and customer service skills (in house support role but lots of interaction with end users) IT Degree To Move Forward If you are interested in this IT Support Analyst opportunity, apply now or get in touch with VANRATH for a confidential chat.
