Support the Human Resources team in maintaining accurate recruitment records. Provide administrative support for onboarding and compliance processes. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure recruitment needs are met effectively. Contribute to improving recruitment strategies and processes. Ensure all recruitment activities align with organisational policies and values. Respond to general recruitment-related queries in a timely manner.Profile A successful HR Recruitment professional should have: Previous experience in a recruitment or Human Resources role. Strong organisational and administrative skills. A good understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail and accuracy in documentation.Job Offer An hourly pay rate between GBP £16.00 and GBP £18.00.
