PMO Lead

PMO Lead £500-£550 day Inside IR35 Hybrid - up to 3 days per week in Surrey/London ASAP start Initial 3 month contract (likely to extend) SR2 is supporting a consultancy partner in the search for an experienced PMO Lead to join a major transformation programme for a consultancy client. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who can bring structure across multiple programmes, provide strong PMO leadership, and confidently engage with senior stakeholders. You'll be expected to be proactive, resilient, and able to challenge where needed, while building trusted relationships and ensuring governance and delivery remain on track. Requirements: Proven experience leading PMO activities across complex programmes Strong governance, reporting, planning, RAID and programme controls experience Experience working across multiple workstreams and bringing together a portfolio-level PMO view Excellent senior stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence when required A hands-on approach - you should be happy to get stuck in when needed, as this is not a purely strategic PMO position If you're an experienced PMO professional and you are looking for your next contract within a fast-paced transformation environment, we'd love to hear from you.
