About the role
JL Renewable Solutions in the Central Belt Scotland is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on NEC Option B projects, ranging from £5k to £1m. You will oversee high-volume frameworks, ensure commercial discipline, and mentor Assistant Quantity Surveyors on a day-to-day basis.
The role requires a proactive, independent professional with strong communication skills and experience managing multiple concurrent projects. Salary £65,000-£75,000 plus car allowance, full-time, on-site.
