About the role
HB Partners Limited, on behalf of a prestigious independent school in Buckinghamshire, is seeking a Director of Finance to join its Senior Leadership Team on a four-day-per-week basis with hybrid working.
You will lead all financial activity, oversee governance and planning, manage budgets and cashflow, deliver statutory accounts and audits, support major capital projects, and develop a high-performing finance team while balancing strategy with operational delivery.
