Order Picker – Temp to Perm Location: Sittingbourne Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Shift: Monday to Friday, 11:00am – 8:00pm We are currently recruiting for an Order Picker to join a busy warehouse operation in Sittingbourne. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity offering long-term prospects for reliable and hardworking individuals. Working within a warehouse supplying construction materials, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and prepared for delivery. Key Responsibilities: Picking and packing orders for construction materials Accurately checking products against order requirements Preparing orders for dispatch Assisting with loading delivery vans Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment Following all health and safety procedures Supporting general warehouse duties as required What We're Looking For: Previous warehouse or order picking experience is advantageous but not essential Good attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Physically fit and comfortable handling construction-related products Reliable, punctual, and hardworking A driving licence is preferred but not essential Benefits: £12.71 per hour Temp-to-perm opportunity Full training provided Easily accessible via public transport Immediate start available Supportive working environment with long-term career prospects If you are looking for a hands-on warehouse role with the opportunity to secure a permanent position, apply today
