About the role

We seek a Transitions Director to lead complex onboarding for Defined Benefit schemes, working with Trustees, Sponsors and Advisers in a highly visible, client-facing role.
The hybrid role combines home and office collaboration across the UK, demanding deep DB pensions knowledge, implementational experience and the ability to drive superior client outcomes.
