Were looking for an experienced Building Control Professional to join a high-impact programme transforming building safety across England.
This role will support Multi-Disciplinary Teams (MDTs) in assessing Higher Risk Building (HRB) projects, ensuring regulatory decisions are technically robust, proportionate, and aligned with the Building Regulations 2010 .
?? Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice on building control applications & compliance
Support MDTs with technical reviews and regulatory decisions
Interpret complex submissions and identify compliance gaps
Contribute to policy interpretation and best practice in regulation
? xwzovoh What Were Looking For:
Strong experience in building control & high-risk projects
Registered as Class 3(G), 3(H), 2(C), or 2(F)
Excellent technical communication & report writing skills
Experience working within multi-disciplinary environments
