Locum Commercial Property Lawyer

Hybrid working

3 months +

Part-time

£50 - £60 per hour

Sellick Partnership are recruiting to a fantastic opportunity for an Commercial Property Lawyer to join a friendly team within a highly regarded local authority in the South West.

As Commercial Property Lawyer, you will be required to handle a range of general property law matters. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Leases
• Licenses and sales and purchases of land
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Disposals and acquisitions

The successful Property Lawyer will join the team for an initial 3 months. This is a hybrid working role with office attendance required once a week ideally.

Previous public sector experience is desirable, although experienced gained withint the private sector will also be considered.
