Customer Service Administrator Location: Belfast (On-site) Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (potential for flexibility to work 8:00am - 4:00pm) Contract: Permanent About the Role We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based in Belfast, seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fast-paced and varied role where you will play a key part in ensuring a high standard of service for customers while supporting internal operations. Key Responsibilities Handling inbound customer calls and delivering a professional and prompt service Managing queries via a shared email inbox and ensuring timely responses Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently Liaising with internal departments including production, dispatch, and accounts Supporting the wider customer service and administration team as needed About You Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (manufacturing/industrial background desirable) Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner Excellent attention to detail, particularly when processing orders and data Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ERP/CRM experience is advantageous Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage a busy workload effectively Mut be based in Northern Ireland with full rights to work unrestricted in the United Kingdom What's on Offer Competitive salary of £25,000 - £27,000 Stable, permanent position within a supportive team Consistent Monday-Friday working hours with some flexibility Opportunity to develop within a growing business Skills: Customer Service Call Handling CRM Systems IT Literate
