Role: Digital Executive Location: Birmingham / Hybrid Salary: Up to £34,000 Pro Rata Job Type: Fixed Term Contract for 6 months Overview: Keystream is supporting a leading national tourism and destination marketing organisation in the search for a Digital Executive to join their Global Marketing and Digital team on a 6-month fixed-term basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM), content management systems, digital content administration, or digital libraries to play a key role in supporting digital platforms used by internal teams and external stakeholders across the UK and internationally The Opportunity As Digital Executive, you'll support the day-to-day management of the organisation's Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform and wider digital ecosystem.
You'll help ensure digital content is organised, searchable, compliant and easily accessible, while providing support and guidance to users across the business.
Working closely with the Digital Asset Manager and wider digital product teams, you'll contribute to digital improvement initiatives and become a key point of contact for system users.
Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for DAM and digital platform enquiries Manage and respond to user requests, troubleshooting issues and providing updates Review, tag and publish digital assets, ensuring metadata accuracy and consistency Manage user accounts, roles and permissions across digital platforms Deliver onboarding, training and support for new and existing users Support digital projects across websites, CRM platforms and DAM systems Ensure compliance with governance, accessibility, copyright and data management standards Escalate complex issues to specialist teams where required Support continuous improvement of digital processes and user experience Essential Experience We're interested in candidates who can demonstrate: Experience organising, cataloguing and managing digital assets or content repositories Understanding of metadata, taxonomy and searchability best practices Knowledge of DAM systems, CMS platforms, library systems or similar searchable databases Experience maintaining asset collections and associated data records Awareness of copyright, permissions management and GDPR principles Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Excellent written communication and customer service skills About You You'll be: A proactive and positive problem solver Enthusiastic about digital platforms and user experience Comfortable learning and working across multiple systems simultaneously Highly organised with strong time-management skills Adaptable and able to support a variety of stakeholders and projects Confident receiving and providing feedback in a collaborative environment Desirable Experience Experience training or onboarding users on digital platforms and technologies Location & Working Pattern This role offers a hybrid working model with a primary base in Birmingham. xwzovoh
