About the Role
You will provide person-centred care and clinical support to a client with complex healthcare needs in their own home, working as part of a dedicated care team.
Essential Requirements
PEG Feeding trained
Tracheostomy (Trachy) trained
Previous experience in complex care
Confident working independently and following care plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Right to work in the UK
