As a Secondary Teaching Assistant: You will support students both in and out of the classroom, working closely with teachers to help pupils remain engaged, make progress, and achieve their potential. You may provide 1:1 support, assist with small group interventions, and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
