Quantity Surveyor West London £60,000 - £65,000 + Package A growing M&E Building Services Contractor is looking to recruit two Quantity Surveyors to join their commercial team due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work. This is an excellent opportunity for a degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor with 2-4 years' post-graduate experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and fast-growing business. Working closely with the Commercial Manager and Project Teams, you will gain exposure to the full project lifecycle across a range of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services projects. Responsibilities * Assisting with the commercial management of M&E projects * Subcontractor procurement and management * Preparing valuations and applications for payment * Cost reporting and forecasting * Variations and change management * Supporting CVR preparation * Working closely with Project Managers and Site Teams * Assisting with final accounts Requirements * Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or similar * 2-4 years' post-degree Quantity Surveying experience * Experience within construction, building services or M&E environments * Strong commercial awareness and communication skills * Full UK driving licence preferred What's on Offer * Salary £60,000 - £65,000 * Career progression opportunities * Exposure to a variety of M&E projects * Long-term permanent opportunity within a growing contractor * Supportive and collaborative working environment Please apply with your CV for a confidential discussion
