Head of Customer Growth & Partnerships
About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior commercial leader to join a high-growth B2B SaaS organisation.
This is a newly created leadership role, formed as part of a significant business integration and growth strategy. Reporting directly into the Chief Customer Officer, you will take ownership of the organisation's most strategic enterprise customers and partner relationships, leading a team responsible for retention, expansion and long‑term customer value.
With ambitious growth plans ahead, this role will play a pivotal part in shaping how enterprise and partner accounts are managed, bringing greater commercial rigour, strategic account planning and executive engagement across a high‑value customer portfolio.
The Role
You will lead a team of experienced Account Directors and Coordinators, owning the commercial performance of the enterprise and partner portfolio. Whilst this is not a hands‑on account management role, you will act as the senior commercial lead for key customer relationships, supporting major negotiations, executive engagement and strategic interventions where required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) performance across the portfolio
- Leading renewal, pricing and commercial negotiation strategies
- Driving expansion through structured upsell and cross‑sell initiatives
- Building strong executive relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners
- Embedding a best‑in‑class account planning framework across the business
- Leading executive reviews, quarterly business reviews and annual planning cycles
About You
We're looking for a commercially astute leader with experience managing large enterprise portfolios within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
You will bring:
- Proven experience leading enterprise account management or customer growth functions
- A strong track record of driving retention, renewals and revenue growth
- Experience managing senior Account Directors or equivalent customer‑facing leaders
- Exceptional commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Credibility operating at C‑suite and board level
- A strategic mindset combined with a highly commercial approach to decision‑making
- Strong analytical capability and the ability to use data to drive performance improvements
Whilst experience within RegTech, Compliance or Financial Crime technology would be advantageous, it is not essential. The organisation is open to leaders from broader SaaS and technology backgrounds who understand complex enterprise sales cycles and long‑term customer value creation.
This is an opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage of its growth journey, taking ownership of a strategically important function and helping shape the future direction of its enterprise and partner strategy.
