Site Manager

I'm currently recruiting for a leading residential contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Site Manager for a flagship housing development in Derry. Project Overview This exciting scheme comprises 255 residential units, including: · 8 Detached Homes · 180 Semi-Detached Homes · 15 Townhouses · 52 Apartments · Public Open Space · Equipped Children's Play Area · This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor on a long-term, high-profile residential project. The Role As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for: · Managing the day-to-day running of the site · Coordinating subcontractors and site teams · Ensuring health & safety, quality, and programme targets are achieved · Maintaining excellent site standards · Reporting progress to senior management What We're Looking For ✔ Previous experience delivering residential developments ✔ Strong leadership and communication skills ✔ SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid (essential) ✔ Full UK Driving Licence If you're considering a new opportunity or would simply like to find out more, I'd be happy to have a confidential chat.
