London (Hybrid)
£40,000 – £60,000 + Commission
A fast-growing financial services business is looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join a high-performing commercial team. This is a rare blend of creative content work and outbound sales activity - ideal for someone who wants variety, autonomy, and real commercial exposure without being purely client-facing from day one. You'll own the firm's digital presence and lead generation engine - creating content via Canva, managing LinkedIn activity, uploading to the website, and producing marketing decks that support the wider sales effort. Alongside this you'll be working pipeline, identifying opportunities, and contributing directly to revenue.
What they're looking for:
- Experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role - financial services and B2B essential
- Confident using Canva or similar design tools for content creation
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Self-starter mentality - this team are grafters and expect the same
- Ambition to grow into a more client-facing role over time
