Why Join Us? * Competitive Salary Up to £70,000 * Company Funded Pension & Life Assurance * Company Funded Healthcare * Generous Paid Holiday Entitlement * Annual Bonus * Free Onsite Parking * Daytime Hours No Shifts, Mon–Fri Responsibilities: * Lead and develop a skilled team of maintenance engineers across planned and reactive maintenance. * Manage critical breakdowns and maintenance activities across specialist plant and heavy equipment. * Oversee contractors, statutory inspections and health & safety compliance. * Ensure availability of critical spares and coordinate capex projects. * Mentor apprentices, issue permits and uphold high maintenance standards. What We’re Looking For: * Electrically or mechanically qualified – to a minimum of an HND level. * Proven track record in managing maintenance within a heavy engineering sector. * Strong leadership and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
