Join our outstanding team at Busy Bees in Chelmsford, an Ofsted-rated Outstanding nursery with a capacity of 99 children. What to Expect as a Senior Nursery Room Leader:
Lead the planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of the children.
Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team.
Oversee the wellbeing and safeguarding of children, making necessary adaptations to support children with additional needs.
Foster strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's development.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding protocols across the centre.
Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
