About the role

VANRATH are recruiting a motivated Shift Maintenance Engineer to join their Ballymena site, supporting a highly automated production environment. You will drive preventive maintenance, diagnose faults and optimise equipment performance to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.

You should have an engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, plus 3+ years in manufacturing with strong electrical/mechanical fault-finding and a proactive improvement mindset.
